completed facility, clean and the loft

Lovely and clean in a great location we had a small issue with the shower and the landlord was very efficient to get someone out immediately to sort the issue so thank you for that.

Very small issue would be considering to add an extra pillow on the beds as one isn’t sufficient. But other than that it was very good value for money.

That there were comfortable space for the amount of people that were staying and that the hosts were nice to check in on us during our stay.

That the thermostat didn't really help in regards to temperature in the house as some people were cold

Location,layout, and value

Quiet location close to Queens university and the botanical gardens. It is in a student area so might not be as quiet during term time. Spacious and well equipped.

All rooms had double beds which was good but very little room to get in and out of bed, pillows are very poor, need fresh ones. We were a group of just three women, I think if a full house of potential eight people it would be a bit cramped as lounge not very big. Perfect for us. A mirror in the bedrooms would be useful too as bathroom one too high for me and others very small apart from one. A simple thing but needed by women trust me. We didn’t need it but if we did the outside area is rather unpleasant but a typical student style outside space.

Just one shower for 4 bedroom, could do with another shower or bath.Not even basic groceries - would have been useful to have a little bit more sugar, some Instant coffee, salt.

Good location for exploring Belfast and beyond, with shops, places to eat and drink at the top of the street. Primarily chosen for the number of bedrooms needed (5 adults, 2 shared a room) alongside a walk-in shower for mobility issues. Property is a terraced house, moderate size. Comfy double bed in each bedroom. One small bathroom upstairs with a corner shower, snug but it did the job. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need, although we only used the kettle and toaster as we ate out for meals. Downstairs toilet at the end of the kitchen, which also housed a drier and iron/board. Complimentary bottles of water and crisps on the dining table. The property was suitable for our needs and it was nice to have somewhere to sit and relax after a day wandering the City.

Parking! It's a one way street with cars parked bumper to bumper, half on the pavement on both sides of the road. We had to park in an adjoining road and walk back round to the house. Sound - it carried through the walls from next door. Neighbours were outside in the yard in early hours (midweek) and woke us up.

Fab location, lovely house so much space. Lots within walking distance especially botanical garden. Shops and cafe top of road. Even snacks on arrival.
