Very happy with our stay here! The house was perfectly clean and presented in a very cozy manner. Beds were very comfortable and very spacious. We were very happy to have fast WiFi too. The location was conveniently close to the city, with any taxi to and from the house being very cheap

"A very pleasant surprise."

Absolutely immaculate property in a good (student) area of Belfast. Owner accepted our booking at short notice following flight cancellations and at a great price (unlike the shameless chain hotels). Make sure you go to(or get a takeaway from) Confuction Restaurant just 2 minutes around the corner…AMAZING. Would not put anyone off booking this place, a very pleasant surprise and turned what could have been a disaster into a nice little night…..with a great night sleep in some very comfortable beds.
