Great location, warm place, comfortable beds

No hangers - not a single hanger in the flat and no clothes hanging rack, lots of crumbs under the sofa, no bath mat, no drying rack for clothes - clothes were drying for over two days over the chairs and doors. I also requested a bath mat, but didn't get anything. No hand towels. I asked for the lock code to be sent to me in advance as I was worried about not being able to access it due to internet issues. I had to pay a security deposit (£150) which I was not informed of at the time of booking and even after paying the deposit I had to ask twice if the lock code could be sent to me. I found it very strange...I was informed the security deposit would be returned in 10-14 days (had I known about this condition before I wouldn't have booked this accommodation)

Good location

Not giving our damage deposit back and it had been over 2.5 weeks from the check out! It's a complete joke! Countless emails ,phone calls and messages but still not received the money back. Customer service is awful! We had to speak to the bank to get a charge back to get our money back. Be warned! Extremely noisy at night and early morning, the wall is paper thin so you can hear people next door all the time. Lacking of amenities like bin or hangers in wardrobe. Would be nice to have the tv that works in the living room.

No cups no hairdryer no iron no bulbs in lamps no plug on microwave and no bedding on one of the beds no bin no bath mat no t towel

La ubicación excepcional. Todo muy nuevo y limpio.
