"Comfort and peace of mind."

It was a very comfortable accommodation. The owner is a very kind and caring lady. The kitchen was clean and comfortable. We received many compliments, for example a cold beer after a long drive was very welcome! The car park was very convenient. It's hard to find a free space for a car in the neighbourhood. It is a ten minute walk to the city centre. I recommend everyone to visit this comfortable apartment!

"Brilliant apartment with bonus garage in a perfect location for sightseeing around the city."

The apartment was brilliant. Clean and tidy, very well equipped (even had a washing machine and outside airer space!) and in a great location for sightseeing with local nearby amenities too. Parking in the garage was a real bonus (its a typical European city underground carpark, meaning its a tight squeeze and has lots of pillars but not a problem). The hosts/owners were very accommodating and helpful and set us up with a few groceries which was nice 🙂.

There is nothing to dislike about this apartment or Oviedo in general.

"Merche's apartment was amazing!"

We lived here for 3 weeks. It was very comfortable and convenient Everything is perfect here: location, furnishings, equipment. The apartment has everything you need and even more. I would also like to highlight the welcome compliments from the hostess, tea, coffee, and everything necessary for cooking. Merche is a pleasant hostess, she was always in touch, helped with all issues and was very sociable and responsive! I recommend this apartment in Oviedo!
