Las instalaciones

Beto fue cordial al inicio del proceso y el check-in fue claro. Sin embargo, mi experiencia tuvo algunos puntos que podrían mejorar. Llegué con dos maletas y, aunque se notaba que estaba teniendo dificultad, no hubo ofrecimiento de apoyo. También noté tiempos de respuesta lentos en la comunicación, y en una ocasión no recibí respuesta a mi solicitud para resguardar una maleta, lo cual hubiera agradecido al menos una confirmación, incluso si la respuesta era negativa. La zona es más tipo barrio y personalmente me hizo sentir un poco inseguro, aunque esto puede variar según cada persona. Comparto estos comentarios con la intención de que puedan mejorar la experiencia para futuros huéspedes.

Las instalaciones :)

El trato del personal fue bueno al inicio de mi estancia. Sin embargo, al momento de la salida la experiencia cambió. Solicité si era posible resguardar mis maletas por un momento y no recibí respuesta. Además, al despedirme con un “buenos días”, la respuesta fue únicamente “12 es la salida”, lo que percibí como poco amable. Entiendo que cada lugar tiene su estilo y que la zona y el precio influyen en el tipo de servicio, pero considero que la cortesía y la comunicación básica siempre marcan la diferencia. Comparto esto con ánimo constructivo para que puedan mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes.

Es súper bonita la casa! Y la habitación muy cómoda. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de cómo estaba y si requería algo.

Me quedé en la habitación de la terraza y para llegar ahí, debía subir muchas escaleras y tenía dos maletas. De igual forma, el anfitrión me ayudó pero sería bueno que si llevan mucho equipaje, solicitar una habitación en la casa y no en terraza.

Beautiful, easy access to Camarones station, spacious and easy to get fresh air, Beto was a pleasure to have as a host.

The only difficult part was having to walk out of the room to the bathroom but we didn’t mind. Mostly sometimes awkward when I came out of the shower undressed and ran into other tenants.
