Casa Mariposa - A Foothill Retreat near Yosemite

Excellent facilities, this place was very well equipped with everything very well organized and labeled. Lots of activities and games to keep a family or group entertained in a wonderful rural setting. We would certainly would want to come back again if in the area.

Not a thing

This place is just amazing, with impressive outdoor area the house itself is very light, welcoming and feels like a lot of love and care was put into it. It has absolutely everything that you might need kitchen-wise and other facilities. it even had some yoga mats and dumbbells so thr you can stay active if you are not having enough hikes in Yosemite which is about 50 minutes drive from the place. hosts were very communicative and it has been a real pleasure staying there, wish we would have stayed for longer.

The house is so beautiful, cozy, spacious, clean and fresh!! It’s almost new! Nice and modern design. Very well equipped. It’s much better in the real life than on photos. And the area around is just perfect 😍

Making a tea was a little bit challenging 😉 a kettle would be nice to have. Also I couldn’t find how a very bright light behind the house at night. A bit not comfortable to sleep.

The house is beautiful and location could t be better! Everything was in pristine conditions: super clean, cozy and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and the fact that the drawers and closet were al labeled, definitely made things much easier to find. You can see that every detail about the house was carefully taken care by the owners. Communications were easy and fast! We couldn’t be happier with our stay and will surely be back in the future! Absolutely nothing. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The room is very clean. There are five of us in total, and for us, the space in this room is very spacious. Things are very neat, exceeding our expectations. Although this place is over an hour's drive from Yosemite, we really enjoy staying here.

We are satisfied with Everything here. There was even a pool table in the living room and a table tennis table on the platform. I was particularly impressed by the fact that there was a yard the size of at least two football fields, and a few wild deer roamed around from time to time.

It would be nice if the house number was more prominently marked at night.

The Casa Mariposa is a great property in the vicinities of Yosemite National Park. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great living room with a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor patio with barbecue, and other facilities. Our stay was exceptional and the house exceeded our expectations. The living room has four main features, including a pool that is great to unwind friends at the end of the day. There is a fire place with comfortable sofas and recliners, great to grab a drink and talk. The patio outside has a lot of space, with a barbecue, gym equipment, a fireplace, many seatings, and other amenities. All in all, a great place, I wish we had stayed for longer, because I feel like I could not have a chance to do all of the things this house invites you to do!

Everything. The place, the location, the accessories and certainly Dee and Biju, the hosts, who were very helpful.
