InTown Suites Extended Stay Chicago IL - Downers Grove

There was fumes and I was intoxicated, I moved from the hotel since i would have died.

Very bad

Privacy, clean room, friendly staff, housekeeping once a week . Good value. Easy parking.

My room was previous smoker used. I have allergies. They have strict rules about smoking in designated areas. But someone previously didn’t adhere. I kept the window open. Machine took money for meds. I didn’t get. Twice. Deposit beware. But refunded. Whew.

The staff was very good and the room clean and comfortable. I think to prefer the top floor if I choose on my next stay.

Upon leaving, the check in office was closed and was not sure what to do with the room key. I called the phone number posted on the door and called with a "good morning" in a nice polite manner, however the person who answered did not identify the hotel name upon answering and demeanor was rude. That was a sour note upon leaving. I was going to asked of staying another few days, but after his response I choose to go elsewhere. I was wondering why no late night staff for assistance if needed. 🤔
