Living room furniture not very comfortable
2nd time to stay here - brand new property, solid management, excellent communication, best rental property in Merritt Island. Will stay again three times in next 3 months.
Super clean and spacious condo! We loved our stay and the fact that we could watch sea planes take off from our balcony was a plus! The place was gorgeous and we would love to book here again.
I gave this stay 5 stars however, if you have small children just be aware that they do not have additional locks on the inside of the front door. My 1 and 3 year old were able to just reach up and open the door because there is no way to manually lock it. The sliding glass doors to the balcony also do not have any additional safety locks, making it very easy for them to also just slide the one lock up and open it. We ended up blocking those doors with the bench seats from the dining room table at night to make sure there were no accidents. Aside from that, the condo was very clean, neat and we would stay again if they provided additional security locks for small children. Great views of planes coming in and of the water. We didn’t get to use the amenities or tour the whole property due to time constraints.
Loved it
This is a BRAND NEW condo, quite large, I'm pretty sure I was one of the first to live in my rental unit. It's easily the best rental in the area. I met Abe the property manager, very eager and wants to really make sure it's the best it can be - and it is. It's all electronic access, so be organized for that.
