BarbyB Apartment - With free parking

The property was clean, cozy and had everything we needed

The only thing that was a bit weird for us, was that the toilet was somewhat in the kitchen but it wasn’t the end of the world.

The apartment looks nice and has all the needs.

Parking whilst free in the area it is not with the apartment (it is public), furthermore when arriving late at night parking is difficult.

Good location, free parking, good price, great communication to owner

Issues with tv, missing sharp knive. We really didn't miss anything important.

I really liked the layout of the apartment, very nice design, lots of space. Location 7 minutes walk to the metro, and from there another 10 minutes to the center.

The bathroom was very cold, you had to be quick to take a shower. The sheets were very worn, as were the pillows and duvets.

Very nice and very clean apartment with everything you could wish for. Found a spot to park on the street too. Tram station Stn. Vinohrady is only a few minutes walk from the apartment, and from there the tram takes 10-15 minutes into the city centre, super easy! (DON'T let Google Maps tell you to walk to Mlada gara station, that path doesn't seem safe!)

The staircase and the hallway outside the apartment were a bit scary after darkness, the lights turn on by motion sensor but it doesn't always work, so better have your torch ready...

The apartment is nice, clean, the owner is answering quickly and is polite; it has all you basically need for a short or even longer stay, feels like at home.

The deposit part is quite stressful, I never met this before and I travel quite often. There is a need for something to hang your towel in the bathroom, it's weird that you don't have any place to put it, the bathroom is extremely small so had to open one drawer and put the towel there while I showered... the area seemed also a bit sinister, definitely not for walking after sunset, you need a car.

Washing machine and laundry liquid👌👍👌 Nice layout and decor of the flat Shop close by Welcoming note in the apartment recommending places to eat (my boy still raves about Gatto Matto restaurant in Bratislava although Arthur ice-cream left me with bad taste as the manager was bullying his staff in broad daylight-review left🙄) Hospitable host Cheap Bolt/Über to the centre and train station around 6euroes.

No drying rack for wet clothes -we made the most of the washing machine but had to hang the clothes over doors, lamps etc. 🙂 It’s quite FAR from the the old town and train station (but cheap bolt/über) LOCATION of the flat was quite tricky to find, even taxi didn’t know and left us 400m away. Local people didn’t know either😂There is a lot of blocks of flats in this area and your photo only shows YELLOW WALL and entrance. The block is actually RED&YELLOW and ENTRANCE is behind the trees which makes it very tricky to spot from the street. A photo of the WHOLE block from the street would have saved a lot of confusion and stress👍 Although the flat is very nice inside, on the OUTSIDE of the block and stairs leading up to the flat are very shabby-makes you feel a bit uncomfortable 🤷‍♀️ It was very hot inside as the temperature outside were soaring. Dishwasher would have been great
