You cannot beat the location! It is expensive for Sumbawa but the location and the view make it worth it. The design is beautiful too!

There is definitely room for improvement in terms of service, amenities and maintenance but hopefully they will get there. The staff were lovely but still in need some training, which I think they were getting when we stayed. Being in the jungle, with a rainy season, things deteriorate quite quickly, so it’s in need of a little maintenance. Since it’s an expensive resort for the area, I would have expected things like a sponge, dish soap or a tea towel in the kitchen area for example. All this being said, we had a lovely stay! We will definitely be coming back!

Dream stay - on the cusp of a beautiful Long Beach, that is peaceful and almost entirely empty (except for a few surfers), with sound of waves. The hotel was amazing - the lodges are modern and were designed so well that every detail is user friendly. The food at the restaurant is amazing. The staff are all very nice and accommodating. Thank you for a memorable and such a unique stay!

The location is exceptional, food is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Such a gorgeous place. The villa we stayed in had the most amazing views over yo-yo’s beach. We are a family of 5 adults. The staff were lovely, very kind and helpful. Ulle, especially was amazing, she was the house keeper, who was fun, helpful and nothing ever too much of a problem and Thammy too, who was always helpful. I would say not to be in a rush when you go into the Kirana restaurant, take everything as it comes and you will eventually get your lovely food, the waiting/ kitchen staff are all so friendly, I think there may need to be a little coordinating between the two, as it was often an hour before you’d get your food, however sitting with a cold beer watching the sunset was no hardship! Fresh food was delicious. Loved the yoga with Sophie, this was a real treat. Sumbawa was so relaxing. I would definitely go again.
