Everything about the place was fantastic! Francesca is a host like no other and went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He even supplied us with bus tickets on the night we arrived and gave us a lift to central Venice. He had a bottle of proscecco in the fridge for our enjoyment as well as spaghetti biscuits and fruit. His attention to detail is amazing as he has Everything needed for a comfortable stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean. It also helped having two bathrooms as well as a washing machine. He even had washing liquid on hand! The location is excellent and is a 7 minute bus ride from Venice. The bus stop is down the road. There is also a supermarket close by. This is home away from home!

From the outset, our host Francesco was brilliant. Before we arrived, he was able to advise on how to get to the apartment with ease, even offering to pick us up from the airport for a very small fee. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. We even had a separate loo & shower room, and a full bathroom that was extremely useful. The location is fantastic. There is a supermarket on site, and the bus stop to Venice and Mestre Train Station is less than 5 minutes walk away. We had a wonderful "welcome pack" left by Francesco, that included everything to make a tasty meal, and washed down with a lovely bottle of fizz. We were there for 6 nights and the apartment fulfilled all our needs. I would highly recommend this apartment, and thank you Francesco, your hosting skills are excellent 🙂

There was nothing not to like!

The best apartment/hotel I've ever been. We stayed two nights at the apartment in late September. The host was very kind and helpful. He showed us the facilities inside the apartment, as well as directions to nearby supermarket and bus stop. He is eager to help you out if you have particular needs. We had a heavy suitcase and had to take an early flight, and the host offer to drive us to the airport at a very low price. The apartment was very roomy, with a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms(!). Airconditioning is available, so it is suited to stay in all seasons. We love the style and the decorations inside the apartment. The apartment was quiet, as it is located in a residential area. The kitchen has most complete kitchenware, condiments such as salt, pepper and olive oil. We bought foods and vegetables at the nearby supermarket and had a very nice dinner at the hotel. We loved the complimentary fruit bowl and snacks in the kitchen. Pastas, pasta sauce, biscuits and wine were also offered as compliments, which I think is superb. The cleaning of the apartment was more thoroughly done than any other hotels I stayed in Europe. The hotel is located in Mestre, but you can easily go to Venice by taking bus from the nearby bus stop. It's a 3 minutes walk from the hotel to the bus stop, and the bus to the Venice island comes every 20 minutes, and it's 13 minutes ride. The city tax is to be paid in cash. We didn't have cash with us on check-in, but the host kindly let us pay the tax on check-out, so we could go to ATM during our stay. Nonetheless, it is recommended to have some cash with you when visiting Venice, since some stores in Venice prefer to accept cash. We'd like to thank the host for your hospitality during our stay. We hope we can stay at your hotel again when we visit Venice someday. Grazie!

So clean, everything sparkled. Two separate toilets which suited our 4 person stay. Host Francesco was super helpful with complimentary wine on arrival as well as the ingredients to cook a spaghetti dinner. So thoughtful! He also had organised bus tickets for the next day so we could go into Venice itself.

Nothing really, perhaps the two single beds could have latex “toppers” to soften them. Although we have noticed European mattresses are generally very firm.

Francesco's place was fabulous; the best place I've stayed in Italy so far. The apartment is huge, and has everything you need to make your own meals, do laundry, and get a good night's sleep. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the 24/24H bus, which will take you to Venice City Center. Francesco himself was very kind and helpful. He has bus tickets available, the bus schedule, can tell you where markets are, and is also willing to pick you up / drop you off with his car for a good price I'd you give him a few hours notice. If I visit Venice again I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really to not like. The 24/24H bus runs less frequently on the weekends, but it's still useable, and there is also a tram (T1) which will get you in and out of Venice City Center, it's just a 15 to 20 minute walk from the apartment.

We really liked staying in this location. The area is quiet, the bus stop is close. Francesco is an extraordinary host; he welcomed us with fresh fruit, wine, pasta and pesto; he helped us a lot with transport tips, parking and sightseeing directions. The house is the same as in the pictures, it is equipped and equipped with everything you need, the cleanliness is perfect, the beds are very comfortable. We warmly recommend it, we will come back if we want to see Venice, Murano, Burano again.

The property was very spacious and clean, the host was very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend people stay here to visit Venice, 7 minutes on the bus from the stop which is super close to walk to from the apartment. The accommodation is equipped with anything you would need for a lovely stay, fresh fruit in the fridge and pasta to use! Beautiful. Cant recommend highly enough
