Mooi gerenoveerd hotel en eveneens goed restaurant (vlees wordt gegrild op open vuur, Argentijnse wijze). Ontbijt was lekker. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

La tranquillità del posto, la colazione varia e di qualità, il Ristorante con ottima carne argentina e i sorrisi e la gentilezza di Esteban e di tutto lo Staff.

Per arrivare a Sauris di sopra bisogna sapere che la strada è lunga e il paese risulta "fuori mano" se si vuole visitare località "vicine", ma il tutto è ripagato dalla tranquillità del posto, dove ci si può davvero rilassare fuori dei soliti circuiti turistici, scoprendo vari sentieri e specialità enogastronomiche a chilometro zero. È un posto da scoprire piano piano... La festa del prosciutto è stata fantastica!
