Frequent power outages
GBCentral, convenient and atmospheric location, easy parking, super-helpful and friendly host.
Just one small thing - there is no lamp in the small bedroom which is fine if it's for children, but as an adult it wasn't easy as the light switch is outside the bedroom.
ITLovely historic flat in a historic building in the centre of Modena. Just a bit tricky for parking, as it is a ZTL zone, off limits to non residents.
NOGreat place in the city centre! Short walk to everything, and there are good restaurants right outside the door. The host Alberto was absolutely amazing. Quick responses and very friendly (perfect English as well) Highly recommended
Everything was great, comfy beds, extra blankets and very good location. Not so much water pressure in the shower (pretty common in old buildings)
PAVery well located and very spacious for the 4 of us.
ILAlberto was wonderful, he was available for any need we needed. The location is perfect, inside the city. One problem is the parking, you cannot park need the house... but it's the city issue...

ZALocation was excellent and Alberto, our host, was very helpful. His restaurant recommendations were great. There was also parking nearby, for which Alberto organised a pass in the LTZ zone.
