ILBefore reading this review, go and quickly book this property, before someone else outsmarts you... My note for this booking is 15 out of 10. No, this is not an error. My excellent note is both for the place AND the host (Chara). The location of this apartment is a prime location: several minutes walk from the town center. The parking is easy to find in the street and without time limit, which is extremely convenient. The apartment itself is at the second floor, and it is accessible by both a stairway and a clean and beautiful elevator. the entrance to the building is private and there are lights. The apartment is really beautiful, it is VERY VERY Clean and tastefully designed. There is a living - kitchenette including cupboards, a comfortable fridge (I found inside it 4 half liter UNOPENED bottles of cold water), stove top and stove, bathroom with toilets, bath tub and sink, haul with closet, and a bedroom with another closet with hangers. There are two air condition units, one in the living room, the other in the bedroom. About the host: it is clear that this host not only invested money in this cozy apartment, she invested a lot of thought into how to make it pleasant for you. As she put it: I did everything as it was done for me. This is what I expect from a host! Inside the apartment I found everything I could need or think of, and even more: sheets, towels, all sorts of soaps and shampoos, toilet paper, dishes, mugs, kitchenware, two coffee machines, coffee, coffee filters, coffee capsules, sugar, tea bags, salt, paprika, TV set, couch, boiler, trash (with bag), 2 WIFI networks, even cookies in the living room... And I probably forgot many other items. I am leaving Kavala, the birth town of my father, with a good feeling for putting my money where it is worth being spent. Thank you, Chara!!
