Bali Hotel Adults Only Isla Verde, a Trademark by Wyndham

I think we only liked the location…

Very tiny room, the pool did not look clean and the bathroom (shower for sure needed a better clean)… What we found the saddest thing was the breakfast that was the poorest I have ever experienced… there are requests on re-using towels to be more environmental (which we did but they were changed anyway already our second day even though they were hanged-not on the floor) and yet the cutlery at the breakfast was all plastic and packed in plastic… There were more things we didn’t like, we are actually never writing bad reviews but this hotel was kind of a disappointment…

I like the esthetics of the hotel and love the staff here they were friendly.

My entire body is covered in bites my room and was dirty upon I had to request for them to redo my bed.

Easy to walk to the beach and they had chairs and umbrellas. Nice walk on the beach. Breakfast was decent and better than expected. Excellent Español restaurant five minute walk away which was the highpoint of our stay. They have a nice gym. The grounds were very clean.

Music playing during the day outside our unit. On one day that music was playing and also different music from a closed bar area at the same time. We asked for a room away from the traffic, but this was counterproductive. The music was off by 8 or 9 pm, but I was studying during the day and it was distracting. The pool area doesn't have anywhere to hide from the sun, unless you sat at the bar. No free shuttle, but I think that's normal for that airport.

El desayuno todas porquerías de plástico, la chica de administración no da información, hay que sacársela con esfuerzo, la caja fuerte no está amurada y tampoco nos dieron las instrucciones

La tranquilidad y muy cerca de la playa de isla verde.

Aunque está frente a una autovía , al menos nuestra habitación era muy silenciosa
