Very cool layout

Not “on” the beach

I enjoyed my stay , I was greeted by Heriberto and he was exceptional and went over and beyond to make sure my short stay was off to a great start the customer service was exceptional. The room was cute and clean , distance from the beach was convenient , not a long walk and the area dedicated to Bali guests proceeded umbrella and beach chairs in a specific space was relaxing . The pool area near the bar after a long Beach day was relaxing as well.

Way to much $$$ you can hear everything in your room. Very tiny room had to stack luggage and move it to go to the restroom. Prices at the bar are terrible. The breakfast is free because there is nothing there it was empty.

The property was beautiful, staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. Specifically highlighting the bar (Nestor) and restaurant staff who were the highlight. My room itself was nice.

When I gave the address here on Booking.com to my Uber driver at the airport I ended up in a part of town that was less than friendly to tourists. Some women at a furniture store helped me get to where I was supposed to go. I highly recommend the title/name of the hotel be changed to "Bali Posh Hotel" and that the address be changed to "Carolina" instead of "San Juan." During my stay it was obvious part of the hotel was rented out for a private event. This affect my stay in two ways 1. A reduced breakfast service (which staff worked really hard to manage) and 2. I saw a total of four children at the hotel. This included a baby. This property is priced like an adult-only experience if I would have known I would have considered other options. The last thing I'll mention is a personal preference. If you're coming to relax you will certainly get your wish! I did wish there were an activity or two on the property to break up the day.
