Charming Entire 2-Bedroom House in Milton Keynes

Ideal for where we wanted to visit. Private safe parking. Comfy beds. Lovely and clean.

Very noisy road & shop next door. Steep stairs. No information pack.

Excellent set up and great flexibility. Plus good communications.

We stayed in Milton Keynes to celebrate my husband’s 40th Birthday. The house itself is in a very good location, it has parking right outside the front door but upon your arrival you are greeted by a flight of stairs which was something I didn’t expect. The living room/kitchenette/dining area are all in one room along with a separate double bedroom, all of which are on the first floor. Another flight of stairs leads to the bedroom with the two double beds (however one is two singles pushed together and one of the single beds unfortunately does not have a headboard) and a bathroom. The house definitely could have been cleaner in places and there is little space to store items in the kitchen area but there is a Coop right next door and a Premier convenience store across the road so if travelling with children like we did, I would recommend not bringing or ordering in too much food. The house could definitely do with some more homely touches; it feels very much like it was once student housing as opposed to a home away from home. The host Femi was absolutely fantastic- cannot fault him! He was brilliant. A couple of issues arose doing our stay so I messaged him through the booking.com app and he was very responsive and helpful. Wonderful host!

Location was close to Bletchley Park attraction and Co Op next door.

No soap or shampoo for shower/bath. No hand towels. No toaster or dishwasher. 3rd bed was uncomfortable futon. Bathroom had step up and down from toilet and sink

The location was great, clean and comfortable. Great host.

Keys available from key safe, parking right outside. Bedding and towels provided plus there were lots of extras, the children soon found some toys in one of the bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable. There was everything that you could have wanted a real home from home.

The only thing missing was a plug for the bath, not a huge problem as we improvised one to bath the children. I was a bit worried by one of the stairs which seemed to sink as you stood on it and creaked. However it meant you could hear if anyone was going up or down stairs.

Nothing to complaint. Everything was good. Nice clean house with everything what you need. Very helpful owner. Highly recommend
