The room was spacious clean and tidy

It was clean and staff were helpful. Food was delicious and served promptly

Hotel is situated opposite a lovely quaint church but their bells went off every hour even beyond midnight. The street light was on all night and just outside our room making it bright all night and the window could only be opened a short way due to the age of the windows. No air conditioning or ceiling fans. We did eventually find a room fan tucked away in one of the cupboards.

Pleasant staff. Very nice room. Would visit again.

Good service at the evening meal but the meal itself was a little disappointing. The cheese pie was fine but the accompanying veg (carrots and broccoli) were served dry. I asked for some gravy which promptly came and improved the dish.
