PLOur experience at this hotel was frustrating and disappointing. Upon arrival, the receptionist initially claimed that the room was occupied, only to later reveal that it was available at double the price we agreed to pay on Booking.com. Furthermore, the receptionist mentioned wanting to disassociate from Oyo, yet days later, as I write this review, the hotel is still listed on the platform. It appears they are using Booking.com as a means to exploit guests, which is unacceptable.
