There was a lady caretaker or owner may be..she was very arrogant and was constantly denying anything we asked for and fighting for small small things.they don't even give toiletries and complimentary water bottles. It was not at all worth the money..we paid 6000 rs just for the average room. Only good thing about this place is the location. Poor quality service and the people taking care of the property.

The staff and the services, wifi didn't work.
