I love that the place is located at a very strategic area, right next to a mall for daily conveniences and about 10 minutes from the airport so no worries about having to rush.

"Comfortable stay but upkeep/ maintenance needs improvement"

The location is central, with shopping centres and places of interest within short drive away. The apartment is cosy and comfortable with pool and gym, which is great for work outs and family fun.

The apartment requires better upkeep and appears disorganised. For example, the bathroom lock doesn’t work, a broken washing machine and a broken table set and an old mattress left in the apartment (taking up space and messy) and the bathroom needs regular mould treatment. Overall cleanliness needs improvement, e.g. dishes were oily and floors were not cleaned thoroughly.
