The staff was extremely helpful. Our hot air balloon got cancelled because of rain, they helped us with the booking. Not to mention, they recommended really good vendors and helped us with ATV ride, taxi booking and airport pickup/drop off. The location of the hotel is amazing, you can see the hot air balloon flying in the morning and see the sunset at night. The breakfast was amazing and the room was gorgeous.

Great spot to watch the air balloons! You can really get close to them from the property. The room was spotless, and the design of the hotel was incredible. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they tried their best to speak English. It was a great experience staying in a cave hotel.
