The property is in a great location with a wrap around terrace over looking the beach There are plenty of restaurants in close proximity There are many steps up to the apartment not suitable for anyone with mobility issues

We had booked the apartment for a week in March but only stayed 2 nights In the second day we returned to the apartment and we very disappointed to find a foul smell like sewage /drains We had not smelt it outside or on the beach but it was awful very overpowering … meant we could not enjoy a meal or drink there and even woke me up at night

Great location! An incredible terrace where we spent mornings, afternoons and evenings, with an extraordinary view of the ocean, the mountain peaks at the horizon, the whole of Las Canteras beach and town. A very good bed for a good night's sleep. Clean and fresh white bed linen and towels. Freshly renovated bathroom utilities. A welcoming basket of fruits in the kitchen. Responsive communication with the owners and a helpful host Daniel. We had a very nice stay overall!

There is no elevator and many flights of steep and narrow stairs to get to the apartment that we were not aware of. Apparently I did not read the other reviews carefully. As we came with a huge suitecase, it was a real problem. I thank Daniel for the assistance. No hot water in the kitchen, so the dishes need to be washed with the cold water. Probably, as the result, some dishes were not well-cleaned when we arrived. Most plants in the apartment were artificial, made of plastic. Some green fresh plants on the terrace could make it more pleasant. An apartment could benefit from an overall thourough clean-up.

Loved the location and especially the view! The terrace was fantastic! Comfortable beds and good kitchen! Daniel and Concha was very responsive and nice!

The veranda was exceptional.

There were many flights of stairs to get to the apartment that we were not aware of. They were steep and narrow, so it was difficult to carry luggage up & down. No lift in the building, so anyone with difficulty climbing stairs should not book here. It also did not have air conditioning and the apartment got quite hot & stuffy when all doors & windows were closed.

The 74 steps up to the apartment! but to be fair we did know about them before we traveled. Inside the apartment is tired and , especially the bathroom, could do with a revamp.

The property was in a wonderful location with an even better view. We enjoyed many moments on the balcony, the sunset at night was in particular our favorite!! The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner & all contacts for the property were immensely kind, helpful and overall very attentive and quick to respond.

We had a few issues with the water heater in the bathroom, and experienced a few cold showers.

Lovely apartment in a great location with a spectacular view. Right next to the beach and lots of great restaurants and bars, close to transport links. Daniel was an absolutely lovely host and was very kind to us.
