Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Downtown French Quarter Area

Las camas eran cómodas y había mucho espacio para las 6 maletas que llevabamos.

El agua del lavamanos solía quedarse estancada. No se si es porque estábamos en la planta 12, pero había que esperar bastante rato a que tragara el agua.

The breakfast was awesome and the room was comfortable. The location was very good for us as we were visting the French Quarter along with the WWII museum.

We had to evacuate our room at 11:30PM because someone was smoking in a hallway.

Location is great, very close to Bourbon Street.

Fenêtre donnant sur un mur (3 m) difficile d’ouvrir les rideaux donc lumière tout le temps

I like that it was in the heart of downtown walking distance to everything.

I didn’t like that I booked my room and paid for it and when I arrived there I was told there were no available rooms until the next morning. I was not at all even offered a refund and my money is just gone.

Cleanliness and the staff were very helpful and nice.
