Space in Blackstone

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, la chambre était très bien, le café et les terrasses agréables, et la cuisine très bien équipée. Nous avons également été bien accueillis.

Cela monte beaucoup pour accéder à l'hôtel, mais la vue ensuite est chouette ! Cela convient pour visiter la rive Sud de Séoul, et aller jusqu'à Gangnam par exemple.

我已經住了兩次，非常喜歡，未來去首爾依舊會優先選擇這裡，這間旅館位於地鐵9號線黑石站走路近10分鐘，附近是韓國中央大學以及高級住宅區，環境相當悠閒。Check in方式簡潔明瞭，主人會發送信件告知你大門、內門、你房間的密碼，1樓24小時都有浪漫的燈光，乾燥花、書本、咖啡、微微的香氛，撥放著溫馨的音樂守候你，獨旅回來時很有安全感。由於房間數量不多因此人流也單純，房間乾淨且空間開闊，床也很舒服，因為位於小山坡上，非常寧靜，夏天去的時候只有宏亮的蟬鳴，我在這裡睡得比在家裡還好。唯一缺點是它位在一個小陡坡上，若你的行李很重或者有長輩同行，可能要考量一下體力。

Roof top et la cuisine et l’accueil du personnel

A great stay. The facilities are great- a self serve cafe, laundry and the host gives you lots of helpful information about the place and Seoul. Although some may think it’s a bit far out of the centre, it’s a lovely, quiet neighbourhood and 10 mins walk to the subway station so the location was great for us. Also Yongyangbong park is a 5 min walk with incredible views over Seoul!

The only thing I would say is that the beds and pillows are very very soft and wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep

We really enjoyed our stay at Space in Blackstone. While it wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas, it was a nice quiet place to come back to every night. The owners and property caretakers were wonderful to deal with, from allowing us to check in early and rushing to prepare and clean our room to rescuing my boyfriend’s passport from the safe (he’s promised to never touch another one again). We were a short walk to the metro and bus and to quite a few places to eat. But be prepared to get in some cardio! While you are a short walk to everything, you will have to deal with some hills! And don’t forget to check out the book cafe. The coffee machine, the tea, the other little treats and souvenirs you could purchase in the book cafe were great. There’s also fresh water you can get! I also highly recommend bringing a book in your language to donate to the cafe. If you want a good book during your stay at Space in Blackstone, look for “The Great Alone.” - Washer and Dryer do cost a little bit of money (4,000KRW at the time I’m writing this) I’d recommend having small bills or getting some before you do laundry - The bathroom was stocked with toilet paper and hand/face towels, there were also bigger towels and you can grab new ones in the laundry area when you need them! - Make sure you dump your food waste, we weren’t entirely sure at first where the food waste bags were, but the lovely caretaker showed us! (Look in the trashcan and use one of those bags for food waste ONLY)
