Mallard Lodge - Arscott Lodges

A gorgeous little log cabin with a hot tub in a beautiful setting. This was a super relaxing stay for my husbands 30th. Isabelle the host was excellent with communication prior to and during our stay. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax and celebrate. We visited the golf club house for a snack and drinks and the staff there were also super friendly and welcoming. Not far away from Shrewsbury at all only 10 minutes by car/taxi. 100% recommend!

Where to start really, from start to finish we has an amazing time. Exceptional value for money, great hosts who were on hand if I needed anything. Beautiful settings and surrounding area, the lodge was spotless and so well equipped we didn't need a thing. I would highly recommend booking these lodges, I will most definitely be back, we had such a peaceful and relaxing time. Thank you do much.

N/A loved everything

We stayed over Christmas 2024 and had the most wonderful break. The lodge itself was spotless, had everything you needed and more! The hosts were very attentive, and the location was beautiful. We will be returning next year for sure. The hot tub was an added bonus, and very well maintained. Thank you for a perfect Christmas holiday.

Only thing I would mention, is perhaps a new shower head as it gets water in every direction but not on your body 😂

Perhaps a clothes airer for the winter months as we found with a family of four , the little bathroom towel rail was too small to dry alll the towels. Maybe a bigger TV in the lounge as it was quite small! . Aside from those things, we had q lovely stay 🙂

Excellent location and property. Private, plenty of space. Clean and comfortable.ideal getaway for peace and quiet.

The only down really and it didn't affect us was the single track road leading to it part from that there's not a lot to dislike
