The Luxury Apartments - Villa Havana

I guess we were unlucky, because it was the end of the season and previous guests behaved like animals. Most pool furniture from the photos was either broken, exchanged for a cheap alternative or not existent. Inside it wasn’t very clean. We found leftover pizza beneath the bed, etc. At least we didn’t have mold in the bathroom like other apartments.

Absolutely nothing, a scam and nightmare.

Downstairs Apartment 2 was not Luxury at all, the standard was far from the photos on booking, it is a scam basically, expensive one.In my opinion the standard should be verified by the website. Dirt everywhere, the shower was covered in mold, walls and sealing as well. Horrible smell of damp in the apartment. Avery wall in the apartment was dirty.Broken cheap furniture. In some places it was not fully refurbished. All outside furniture was old and broken, not fit for purpose. The swimming pool was dirty and the outside swimming pool floor was always flooded. The small swimming pool and hot tub were out of order and not covered for safety. Rubbish everywhere around the village. Plenty of bugs which bite us at night, so we end up covered in painful spots. Not for family at all. This villa is allocated on the huge hill, and also in the area of the young party generation.

It was a nightmare. Distroyed our holliday.

We didn’t like our stay! Apartman was very dirty, dirty smell bed sheets, hair on the bed sheets, rude host. We didn’t want to stay. We wanted money back but he didn’t want to give back. He told he didn’t care we didn’t like to stay ,,it was a bad choice’’. We can leave without money back. The rooms was hot. There was only one AC in the middle room. Very small rooms. No place arround the bed. Can’t open the luggages. We had to buy clening stuff in the supermarket. Like Sanytol, domestos. To clen the bathroom and toalet because it was disgusting. Dirty and used toalet when we arrived. There was rubish outside the garden. They call Luxury apartman but this is not Luxury!!!! Also the funiture are not Luxury. No view for the see. Why did they call Luxury???? :) This is like a cheap, old style apartment. I attached pictures. You can see it!

The pool and the rooms were nice

The waste in the bathroom was stinking a lot for two days. Then it stopped.

We really liked the location of the accommodation

It would be great if cleaning supplies were added to the accommodation🙂

New apartment, nice pool, restaurants, bus stops and shops are close.

There is no place for the bags in the rooms.
