great location, very well equipped, spacious, two sets of keys, comfortable, modern, great view, staff very helpful and allowed early check in - thank you

pool not open until mid may - this should be stated in description. l asked beforehand but got a vague response. noise does echo on the water and watch for hefty 500€ damage deposit

Great Location. Bedroom was ok, nothing wrong there. Light , airy, big windows,balcony. Not too noisy. Nice terrace if in season. Shops/restaurants on the doorstep, beach across the street. View to the marina,pleasant both day and night.

Lack of attention to detail and significant lack of care overall. Weird furniture collection in the sitting room, sofas dirty, too many plastic flowers, pictures the frames falling down, messy storage room with transparent door, peeling old kitchen cabinets, unfinished pipes, manky grout in the bathroom, overall cleaning requires attention. Balcony - with poor furniture and cleaning buckets in full view. Just felt uncared for and random. Main problem - takes a large deposit (€500) but did not process it as “hold” rather than a transaction (whether intentional or not) so a hassle to get it back and as it was a transaction back - sizeable bank fees were applied so ended up out of pocket by over €20. Talking to agent (as pleasant as he was) did not result in anything. Telling this to be aware.
