No, it's not a hotel, it's small apartments, there's no elevator, many people live there and it has a strange appearance. When I arrived, the lock on my room had a broken key inside, which made me very uneasy. Climbing three flights of stairs with luggage after a 22-hour flight isn't pleasant, but arriving and seeing the lock in that condition is even worse.

Very quiet, set slightly back from the busy Soi Buakhao, Miew and David very freindly and very helpful, room facilities very good

The doors to the rooms are a little dated and could be modernised or replaced, but not a serious issue

Yo this place is probably the best you're going to get besides being near the water. You're right in front of Tree Town Market and right in the middle of Soi Buakhao. Everything is close, the beach, Walking street, etc. You have security watching the place. The rooms are really nice. The girls at the restaurant are really cool and nice. There is laundry on site which is cool. The pool looked nice, I didn't go in it though. If you stay here remember to manually lock the safe as I left it open wasn't paying attention but no issues. It's a really good deal and it's far enough away from that crazy street that you can feel a like you aren't in the middle of the madness. I would definitely stay again.

The only 2 complaints I had wich aren't even a big deal is that there was no elevator (which I normally don't mind but I hurt my foot so that was annoying for 2 days) and there isn't housekeeping every day which isn't a big deal either but I just needed the trash taken out a little more often.
