Atmosphere! Staff! Pool! Food!

The location of the hotel is very good, walkable distance from the Pattaya beach.

Unfortunately the hotel didn't have any Iron or Hairdryer, so keep in mind.

The place is a bit of a paradox. It’s located right in the middle of the action, directly on a Songthaew route, so you would naturally expect noise. However, once you enter the compound, it becomes remarkably quiet. The residence sits behind the nearby venues, which makes it exceptionally peaceful. The balconies face an inner courtyard with palm trees and other plants, creating an oasis-like atmosphere. There are also two swimming pools available for guests. I had no issues with bringing in visitors. The rooms are clean, with both soft (Western-style) and hard (Asian-style) beds available. The bathrooms are up to Nordic standards, meaning there’s no need to deal with water heater adjustments. I initially stayed for a couple of nights but ended up extending my stay. The value for money is excellent, and if I visit central Pattaya again, I will definitely book this place again.

Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises. This may be a positive or a negative, depending on a person. I did not notice an elevator in my four-story building. While I personally prefer this, as elevators can be a source of noise, it could be problematic for guests with disabilities.

Always a welcoming atmosphere and staff.

The location is excellent. Right near all the action but still quiet at the same time. The host Dave is a friendly guy and very accommodating. Couldn’t rate it any higher. My second time at this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again
