Sea view APT Puerto del Carmen

We loved the apartment and the location was very central. The outdoor space was very good -the sun was on the balcony from morning to sunset. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. We appreciated the good communication with Naomi. We had an early flight and Naomi arranged early entry to the accommodation which was great. We will definitely return - thank you Naomi.

Clean apartment in close location to pubs and sea front

The apartment is above a gym. From 9am to 6pm, there is constant noise from people dropping heavy weights onto the concrete floor below the apartment. This vibrates through to upstairs like you're staying on a construction site. also, there's a drone from what sounds like shutters being opened, drives you nuts during the day. There is also a large amount of noise from the resteraunt 2 doors down from the apartment, this is from the staff shouting to each other every night and doesn't stop until 3am. There is NO safe in the apartment, and no washing machine, which would have been handy, also only 1 key is supplied. If you're there for a week, there's no towel change, but there is fresh bedding in cupboard if you want to change yourself. There wasn't a plug in the kitchen sink when we arrived, so I couldn't wash dishes, but the manager brought one very quickly when I informed her of the problem through booking.com If you're not there during the day and don't come back to the apartment until after 6, then out again around 9 till late into the morning, then it's fine as you won't hear the noise. I wanted to sunbath on the apartment terrace in the morning, which was lovely and well equipped, but the noise problem ruined it for us.

It was in such a good location. A stones throw from the sea and all the bars and restaurants. It was set back a little so very quiet with a superb supermarket 2 minute's away. Naomi was on hand with any queries we had. Lovely apartment very modern & clean

Nothing really. The air conditioning would have been better in the bedroom but we knew that before we went.

This was a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and spacious. lovely big balcony to relax and enjoy the sun. The location was good just a stones throw from beach and bars and cafes

Probably my own mistake for not checking but there was no washing machine. 2 electric rings for cooking which wasnt really sufficient There was no oven. The air con was in the room between the balcony and the sitting room which was pointless and cost 1 euro for 90 minutes. There was no safe for your valuables. We got 2 sets of towels to last 11 days (hence the reason for washing machine would b great), naomi did say if we wanted them changed to ask, but should you hav to? The bed never got changed for the 11 days. Biggest dissapointment for me is that there is no facility to leave your suitcase or freshen up on day of departure so if you have an evening flight you would need to carry your cases around with you all day. Obviously if no one is coming in directly after you they can accomodate late check out. But Naomi couldnt guarantee this so we had to pay £110 for another night stay although we left the apt at 5pm🙄 very expensive to freshen up and keep your cases safe.
