Loved the location absolutely stunning apartment and lovely honest owners. Will stay again

Only thing was could've done with a broom or hoover be easier to clean up after our messy 4 legged friend other than that we have nothing bad to say about our stay

The whole place was tastefully done, it's location, shop underneath, the village, canel. Kitchen best equipment I have had in a rented place

A drying stand for wet clothes, I don't like to use tumble dryers, TV and lamp were on there legs I did worry the dogs would knock over. But stay here you will love it

"A great base to explore the wealth of the area"

Excellent central location in pretty village giving a great base to explore the area. Exceptionally quiet overnight. Property is very spacious and thoughtfully equipped so that you instantly feel at home. Hosts very friendly and helpful. The property has been very well restored, nicely detailed and finished to a very high standard. The village shop, butchers, tea shop & pub buck the trend for many small villages and all warrant support.

The weather! However the rain made for dramatic changes to the river during our stay. Also discovered that messages from Booking.com can take time to appear in my inbox causing pre-departure key code anxiety - although not an issue for those who live 24/7 with the internet. Thankfully the hosts run the shop so provide a human face.

"Exceptional"

Had a lovely little break here. The accommodation had a real cosy feel to it, with everything we needed. Used the village shop and pub, both very nice, and had a walk along the canal to another local pub. Would definitely stay here again!
