3-Bed Bungalow walk to Historic Downtown Sanford

We the location to the downtown area. Beds were comfortable.

Only one bathroom for 3 rooms or more than 4 people and the lack of mirrors for all the bedrooms.

Great location. Walking distance to downtown Sanford. Very clean.

It was great- as described in listing.

Cleanliness, close to family, 30 minutes from New Smyrna Beach, price, and close to many restaurants and shops.

Not really a horrible review, but it had 1 ply toilet paper, we bought better and left a couple rolls there.

Close to the historic downtown, about a 15 min walk or short drive. Was fairly clean and comfortbale inside.

Lower income neighborhood, many run down buildings/homes nearby. AC units inside the bedroom made a loud grinding like noise that was very difficult to sleep, too loud to drown out with a fan even. Also, I requested to check in one hour early and never was cotacted, instead I only received a door code via email 1 hour AFTER check-in. Upon arriving, the door key pad was malfunctioning and didn't work. After a delay and contacting the manager, was able to access the lock box and use a key instead.

Clean, comfortable and cozy

The streetlight outside across the street illuminates the porch at night. Would be nice if a roll down shade was utilized.
