الموقع جميل جداً وهادئ بالإضافة إلى السكن الرائع والنظيف

Alles top. Wunderschön, Groß, Sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer „Muse Holiday“ war mehr als perfekt.

Ein Backrohr hat definitiv gefehlt. Toaster wäre auch super gewesen.

Impeccably clean! Had all needed for cooking. So comfortable! Nice to come home to after day of hiking nestled between Ortesei and selva 5 min drive either way. It was perfect

The hotel is beautiful and quiet, offering a comfortable atmosphere and excellent services. The view is amazing, making your stay enjoyable and unforgettable.

Clean, good location. Very comfortable apartment.

After booking I was asked to pay the full cost within 24 hours and outside of booking.com, which seemed sketchy. The agency says they reachable via whatsapp, but I experienced very long delays in response. We asked about a late check-out at check-in and were told to ask again the day before. I enquired the day before leaving at midday, at 6 pm I received an answer that they would look into it. Knowing the office closed at 7 pm I tried to call but even during office opening hours I was forced to leave a message rather than being able to talk to someone. They finally only gave us an answer 30 min before the check out time, by which point it was useless. Basics such as dish soap, hand soap are not provided. Insufficient toilet paper. Keys need to be dropped off and picked up elsewhere. Check-out is too early. Wifi network is poor and youtube is the only app available on the TV- otherwise German or Italian TV only.

The overall facilities are very new and clean, and the location is perfect, just 10 mins drive to Ortisei.

There are some cobwebs in the chairs in the balcony, and I hope there would be an oven.
