The property is closed and has been f9r nonths. Dont BOOK

The fact we paid for a stay at chrostmas for family traveeling 250 miles with 3 babies. Our christmas was ruined

It is a fraude! The property does not exist. First I didn’t get any answers from my messages , so no code sent for the lockbox.And when arrived there at night with 2 families , as we were in a road trip, was no way to get in!! After several attempts calling the phone number , someone attended and said “this property is closed since May, shouldn’t be at booking page”. I tried to contact booking, and the person who picked up the phone was unable to help, was rude and ended the conversation when I was explaining everything. So with 2 families waiting in the cars after long journey I needed to arrange another place to stay overnight. Kept trying to contact booking.com to get my money back as it was no cancellation, after hours in the Kew waiting , and exhausted I decided to sleep. This experience with booking.com was very frustrating , ruined my day, our family trip. Hope I can get my money back soon.
