NZI would live in this house if I was living in Rotorua. Would come back any time. Tasteful artwork and nice furnishings. The garden was s surplus.

GBNZNZGBThis was probably the best-equipped house we've rented, anywhere. Everything was provided, with the kitchen having all we needed for a 4-night stay, cooking at the house. Exceptionally quiet location and an easy car or taxi ride into town. Great garden and outdoor space.

HKGood location, near all scenic spots. Kitchen well equipped, got the most variety of seasonings & cooking utensils in my 18 days’ trip. Huge parking space. The house is spacious too.
As it is close to Te Puia, U need to close all windows tight to avoid the sulphur smell inside the house. The shower is weak.

The angle of TV, really hard to watch if you have 3 people sitting in the lounge area
USWe felt so at home. All the thoughtful amenities; there was bread in the freezer, and fresh milk in the fridge. Condiments, butter, coffee and tea. Modern updated and clean bathroom with toiletries and hair dryer. Heated towel rack. Washer and drying rack or clothesline. Fully equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated.
We liked everything about it.
