Good day I would like to respond to the above message I made the reservation for my father and brother, unfortunately I made the reservation not realising the amount hadn’t gone off my account. Until I received a call from my dad when he was at the property and that prompted me to check my account So my father was under the impression that the reservation was paid for. In attempt to explain that to the host he just raised his voice and told me “I’m not going to his THIS MAN” I was so confused over the phone and then continued to check my bank statement and truly the amount hadn’t gone off When I called my father and brother back they related how the host literally SLAMMED THE DOOR on my father telling him to leave ! In a service based business such as these we are bound to make mistakes as clients but I don’t think it warranted the tone in which he spoke to both me and my father I don’t understand how it could escalate to that point ! I am utterly disappointed in what my family had to experience! It’s actually disgusting! We would have gladly paid if he had just given me a chance to understand what was happening, we are honest people.

Ken and Ros are amazing hosts and Serenity Place is their little hidden gem! My room was perfect and I was very happy overall. Thanks =)

i liked everything and the staff was so welcoming and i requested an annivesarry suprise and they did a lovely work and and even went beyond. i think im going to come back.

we didnt love the breakfast and we were served same thing, we even didnt eat on sunday and i would recommend theplace to have a breakfast like egg,beacon, e.t.c.
