"Boa opção próximo a Av Liberdade."

Excelente localização, ótima comida, limpeza impecável. Ambiente alto astral e Funcionarios Lucas, Tom e Rafael são excelentes pessoas, prestativos e educados, fomos muito bem atendidos por estes. Se fosse por eles a nota seria 10. O rooftop é muito bacana, ótimos drinks, comidas e linda vista.

O funcionário que estava no dia 18 de junho por volta de 7 horas da manhã é mau educado, nada prestativo, sem pró-atividade, não faz questão de ajudar em nada mesmo vendo o cliente carregando 6 malas sozinho e com criança. Além disso os dois equipamentos de ar condicionado não estavam funcionando direito.

Super Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Vor allem die Dachterrasse hat uns gut gefallen und die Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!

Die Ausziehcouch als "Kinderbett" war für Erwachsene etwas unbequem und unser Zimmer 1B hatte auf dem Balkon sämtliche Klimaanlagen des Hauses, dadurch war es etwas laut und der Balkon so nicht benutzbar.

Świetna lokalizacja. Woda dostępna w pokoju 24/h. Bardzo pomocny personel. Wszystko było w porządku.

Nie domykały się drzwi prysznicowe, co powodowało wyciekanie wody.

Location was great, snd staff was friendly!

Air conditioning was broken, they said it would be fixed and never was. Very strange smell in the room.
