“Antica terrazza” Charme&relax

Great location just off the main shopping street close to restaurants and cafes. Cute appartment with very comfy bed. Great roof terrace. Very nice e indeed. We enjoyed our stay and will definately return.

Great location with everything you needed

The location of the apartment was perfect!

Upon arrival at approx 15:00 it was cold in the apartment, 11 degrees. It took a full day to reach 20 C. The toilet was dirty, we had to start our vacation with cleaning! You could only use the air conditioning heating, which was dirty.

Excellent location, lovely balcony, spacious.

We felt that small things were missing to make this a great stay. For example there was not enough toilet paper or any tissue in the kitchen nor any bathroom towel/ mat for the shower.We also found a little bit of rubbish from previous guests. Would have been great to find for example a small bottle of water and some instructions about the apartment or local recommendations about the area.

Fantastic location, lovely terrace. Frederico the host was an absolute gent. Any issues or questions he sorted instantly. Would highly recommend

Beautiful property in a quiet location in the Old part of the town

Nothing it was perfect

Fantastic location right in the heart of Citta alta.Near to all shops, bars, restaurants and major sights. Quiet with a beautiful large terrace ,ideal for a glass of wine in the evening. Very good communication with Federico the host and easy self check in and out.

There was no plug in the kitchen sink.

The location, the terrace, kitchen. Even the sofa in the kichen was good to sleep for two adults.

I missed some cabin for my luggage in the kitchen.

Although it was fine for our one night stay, it's always the details that make an accommodation enjoyable or not and unfortunately this one was passable. Federico kindly asked me to give a 10 review if possible and I want to explain my rating and what I would have expected for a 10 rating and maybe he will consider my feedback to improve his services in the future: - first issue, there was almost no toilet paper left when we arrived, just a bit on the last roll. This is something very important to pay attention to. We figured we could go buy some, but honestly guests don't want that when they pay for an accommodation. - a small guide on a piece of paper with how to use the WiFi, the heat, etc is very useful so the guests don't have to constantly text the host on every detail. - the shower head keeps moving in the shower head holder from the water pressure and you cannot have a comfortable shower without constantly readjusting it. - the towel holder near the sink is broken so the towel keeps falling on the floor (not something you want for your face towel). - I travel a lot and I think it was the first accommodation with no TV I've ever seen. Maybe some guests don't need it and it's not a big deal but it's extremely standard in 2024. I don't read all the amenities when I book and I was very surprised by this. - we used the A/C and were barely able to see anything on the remote control display. I figured the batteries were not changed in years. - some paper towels in the kitchen and maybe a bottle of water would have been nice, I know these are optional and not a standard but they are highly appreciated in any accommodation. Unfortunately the overall feeling of the place was kind of uninviting. I don't know if it was the sum of all the things I just mentioned and/or the overall dated look but I think a host should know what to do to fix this if they cared to improve their services.
