Muy buen apartamento, buena ubicación y bonita urbanización. Cuenta con un ventilador y todo lo necesario para pasar una agradable estancia, además de poder acceder a la piscina. Lo recomiendo al 100% si venís a Tenerife, hemos estado muy agusto.

The place was not clean. The leanings were dirty we had to wash Them at 90' at The laundry macchine because there was also mold in the washing macchine. A NIGHTMARE.

It was a pleasant stay at this studio, nice location close to everything. Very good internet speed, kitchen, washing machine. To conclude, we had everything we really needed All previous problems which we read from other people's feedbacks are solved.

Tv didn't work right but youtube worked, it wasnt bad but we needed to buy toilet paper, washing machine capsules for example. And the shower really needs a door or something because water is always making the floor of the bathroom wet

Feb 2025 review (+) a nice welcome message and helpful instructions to reach the apartment (-) Tv broken (-) No pool access ( the main reason why we took this apartment) (-) Blinds broken. Some DIY curtains have been installed to cope wit the issue but are in bad shape and you end up waking up at dawn every day. (-) The owner conveniently stopped answering messages as soon as we brought the defect to her attention

It's not a bad neighborhood

We were disappointed with the condition of the apartment and the furniture. The apartment is in need of cosmetic repairs. Thin walls, we can hear the neighbors talking.
