lots of hidden costs on the app initially 89$ then it went up to 120$ then there was 20$ fees and taxes then there was a 40$ pet fee which the girl said she would wave (have to check my card yet) bathroom was nasty floor was nasty.

Wonderful girl’s weekend with my BFF! The room was well decorated. The only issues were the barn door to the bathroom kept coming off the hinges, and we had trouble locating the ice machine. The breakfast was great with good options. Keurig in the room was also a plus! Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

It is good for the price. We were really just there to sleep. You can tell there was a recent remodel/update and it was nice. Clean for the most part. Breakfast was the standard complimentary type. Would stay again if it was a one or two night trip.

I only stayed for a short while, but the service was wonderful and the room was immaculate! I will return soon, and I hope to enjoy the outdoor area then.

Clean, quiet lots of space outside for relaxation.

Pretty cheap and quiet place. Good breakfast as well. I was just expecting what the pictures showed with a nice walk in tile shower. We got a tub shower. and the bed was very weird, at first it felt soft, and then you just slowly sank to the bottom and there was no box spring. so it made for an uncomfortable night of sleep. I'd call it a 2 star motel with breakfast.

Amazing, they allowed me to check in over the phone which I’ve never heard of before! Additionally the rooms have high tech door handles that require a key code. The room was clean and looked just like the high end hotels and provided many things that smaller places usually don’t like a freaking makeup towel, hair dryer (a good one), shampoo etc! The beds were even comfier than some nicer hotels. As a female solo traveler, motels usually creep me out to the max but this place made me feel safe! Highly recommend when looking for a stay in blue ridge

It was not clean, floor was dirty, bed had grass on it. Shower wasn’t clean. I had to go to the store and get cleaners to clean the room so we could stay there. K Cup that was left for us was used. It was like the owner had tried to get it updated but it wasn’t updated well. The paint job was sloppy as well as the grout job. If there wasn’t enough tile they just filled it in with grout. Breakfast was not really a thing. On Saturday there were 4 adults (2 in my party) waiting and they brought out 4 pieces of bacon. The waffle iron wasn’t working correctly so we went somewhere else to eat. I never saw anyone at the front to talk too about any of the issues. Even at check in, we had to call and the maintenance man came to check us in about 10 minutes later. There was a strong skunk smell at check in and my instinct was to refuse the room but I wasn’t sure how that would work since it was past the time to cancel the room. And I didn’t know if we could get another room for the night, so we roughed it out.
