Luxury loft on the beach

Lo que mas me gustó fue la atención que tuvimos , la verdad que el señor que nos atendió fue muy amable y tuvo mucha paciencia con nosotros.

Para el precio que tiene la casa es muy cara, además teniendo en cuenta la distancia que tiene a la playa. Es una casa bastante pequeña, que no tiene persianas asique por la mañana te va a levantar la luz y le falta algunas cosas simples como unas tijeras o bolsas de basura.

The shower didn't drain well. Damage deposit could not be paid via PayPal as stated, so I had to pay it in cash to the owner when we arrived. It took over a week for it to be returned.

Clean, near the beach

We made and pay our reservation in December. As soon as I paid owner send my msg that I need to pay deposit on his account 7 days before we come I ask twice if can give him cash because from Serbia we can't transfer money only with western union which will make a big comision. On a day our flight he ask me if I made a deposit and that he could cancelled our reservation. We send him all of our documents and mention that we will give cash as deposit after he accepted it and let him now that we will arrived around 7 o'clock in the morning, he told as when we get in front of loft to call him to give as password for locker where the key is. We arrived and call him for 45 minutes he didn't answer. After my battery get empty we went for a hotel and pay 200€ for a sleep. Then I get msg with password without any explanation or apologise. After that we told him to met to give him cash for deposit he told us to left at loft and he will come to take, that isnt correct, entering in loft while we aren't there. In loft there is humidity, mold and bugs and smell bad. We couldn't even sleep since in bathroom water is leaking from boiler in the backet. Since I can upload video u can see it picture.
