Modern 2bed Sutton

- spotlessly clean - Easy check in - Parking space right outside (looks like the pavement incase you are not sure) and free parking on Carshalton Grove if you need extra - great bathroom, shower hot and high pressured - Great kitchen with good cooking facilities - High ceilings and French doors in the kitchen give nice light airy feel - Fans provided - Strong WiFi - Comfy beds - Tea bags and sugar - Has a dining table - We left some items in the apartment by accident and the landlord sent them back to us which was amazing and we are very grateful

- no dishwasher - Sofa could be bigger and more comfortable - No coffee - Front bedroom window is boarded up so no light - £350 deposit - Landlord lives next door - this didn’t effect our stay but subconsciously we were more concerned about noise then I would normally be - Landlord a bit slow to respond but answers when you call

Fantastic flat, lovely inside and super clean! Great location with bus routes and train stations close by. Will definitely be back!

There is parking right outside the apartment but it isn't obvious as it looks like it could be the pavement. Once parked all good though with no issues at all! A deposit of 150 is required via bank transfer but this was returned in a really timely manner so nothing to be concerned about just good to know!

Excellent flat in a central location and super clean and organized, lots of bed sheets and towels, there are all the utensils in the house, I highly recommend it :)

The interior design, the high ceilings and natural light made the flat feel spacious. Kitchen facilities were good, bathroom was tastefully designed with a good shower.

The bed was soft and a bit 'lumpy' and the 'boarded up' patio doors felt a little claustrophobic and I missed the natural light in the bedrooms.

it was like home from home i could have stayed a week
