Great location, good value for money, good size room, clean, comfortable bed, had a smart TV, aircon, good wifi, cafes and supermarket on the same street.

The boiler did run out of hot water on a couple of occasions but we messaged reception and they fixed it

The walls are really thin, you can hear other people in their rooms. They kept our bags after checkout at a fee! Outer places I have stayed in never charged us for this service.

Noisy neighbours! As if you people don't know that some other people might be sleeping at 23.30! Surprise!

Everything

When we firstly arrived on the 28th of December, we had some hot water in the evening. However, on the 29th of December, the we ran out of hot water, as the boiler no longer worked. We told this to the accommodation and they tried to solve the situation, but they were unable to solve it. Afterwards, they offered us an alternative room, but in that room there was a deep smell of metan gas coming from the water boiler. As we did not want to take any risk, we came back to the first room and we stayed there without having hot water. They told us that they were going to change the boiler, but they failed to keep their promise. Sometimes the hot water was indeed running, but it quickly runned out and we always risked to run out of hot water in the middle of the shower. We think that the whole situation was deeply unacceptable. The owners were polite and the room was otherwise nice and clean, but we can’t accept neither not having hot water nor their lie that they will change the boiler (which they did not). Moreover, the smell of metan gas coming from the water boiler at their other location was really really shady, as we immediately started coughing when using the bathroom.
