GBGBLoved the location, it was so peaceful and picturesque! Loved being so close to the sheep and lambs, was fab! We would have loved to have been able to buy a disposable BBQ to cook the meat that was sold in the sausage shack, but there were none left when we wen to buy, but that’s fair enough, we arrived there quite late!
Only thing we would have liked would be 2 pillows for the bed and maybe just a little bit of milk would have been fab!
GBGreat communication from Guy, beautiful views and an uninterrupted stay in an idyllic location. There is a nice pub also within a short walking distance for those looking to pop out. I really enjoyed my stay, highly recommended
GBOwners were so welcoming to us and our nervous rescue dog even offered to move the sheep from the field in front if it bothered our dog and gave us recommendations of beautiful scenic locations. We had no problems during our stay, very peaceful and we loved waking up to see the sheep jumping about from the comfort of our bed, perfect entertainment. Will definitely be coming back again in the future!
GBOur host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, couldn’t have done more for us to make the stay top notch. We managed to get our car stuck in the mud and they came to our rescue with no hesitation. The hut we stayed in was so quiet & peaceful, hot water in the shower & a super little heater kept us warm all night. The view is second to none - will be back for a Summer visit!!
GBWhat a wonderful stay, it was extremely quiet & everything I needed after a full on day at work. The view was fabulous & everything I needed was taken care of.
I didn't really have any negatives but the shower was a little aesthetically sad with a hole in the wall but it was warm & did the job.
GBThe views and peace was glorious. Being able to buy bbq meat produced from the farm was a real bonus. Excellent quality and price. The owner was very friendly and helpful. A truly lovely break. The hut was very clean with simple facilities. Bed was large and comfortable.
