The location of it. We you put in the furthest huts. So no where near the park couldn’t look over and see any of the safari, which my children was looking forward to!

Los animales

El personal de recepción un poco desagradable sobre todo la que nos hizo ya de noche diluviando con todos los bolsos y la niña ir hasta un bungalow que nos dio el más lejano y al llegar empapados no iba el aire caliente,soy alérgica a los ácaros y el aparato del aire estaba sucisimo y el remate que me hizo pagar 53 euros parte del precio que pagué por Booking.

El trato departe del personal

No está acondicionado para el invierno, al menos la cabañas de la zona Watu, muchísimo frio dentro, luego teníamos incluido el desayuno y también es a la intérperie a parte de poca calidad, poquísima y un aspecto muy dejado en algunas zonas

El recinto y la zona de alojamientos es una pasada.

Aunque la cabaña no es muy fría en invierno recomiendo mejorar el sistema de calefacción, la bomba de calor del aparato de aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. La calidad del desayuno y la variedad de las comidas no es muy buena. Que no te dejen subir con el coche hasta las cabañas es un poco molesto mas cuando vas con bebes, aunque el servicio de transporte funciona rápido y te suben y bajan hasta el parking las veces que necesites.
