Nancy's House, idyllic cottage

Location, cottage facilities, pubs and people. Wonderful place to get away from the humdrum of life. Incredible landscape, wonderful views and scenery. The hot tub was perfect after a day of walking!

Nothing, although some of the coastal roads were challenging.

We liked the cottage its self it was very cosy and clean and was nice to have the use off a washing machine . There is a lovely farm cat and dog which came to visit every morning, the hot tub was nice too and the bed was so comfy a big wl8ked that a lot

The property was advertised with sea views but unless you had a telescope and went to the upstairs bedroom window you couldn't see anything , also lack of sitting arrangements outside there was a table and chairs there but you wouldn't dare sit on them . Documents haven't been updated for some time there was instructions for general waste but location of the bin is wrong apparently it was located outside the owners porch but was no where to be seen . There were dvds in the cottage but no dvd player to play them on ?

Beautiful, sustainably run cottage in a dramatic landscape close to lovely beaches. Clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, wood stove and excellent hot tub in a private enclosure. Plenty of information about ancient landscape, walks around the farm - both thoughtful and welcoming. Easy access to the whole peninsula by car or bike or the #17 bus

There weren't any things we didn't like. It was even great respite in very changeable Cornish weather!

Lovely size and location, very cosy and a nice private hot tub, perfect for a nice couples getaway.

Cosy good get away, friendly animals on site, amazing bed which was super comfy and the hot tub was incredible!

That we had to leave!

The hosts were the most lovely people and had a fresh cream tea waiting for us when we arrived. The cottage was gorgeous, had everything we needed and the most comfy bed. The hot tub was amazing, being outside in a little enclosed area so you could relax and look at the stars. We also got daily greetings everytime we left or came back to the cottage from the hosts dog and cat who were adorable. Overall it was the perfect weeks getaway for me and my bestfriend and we couldn't have wished for a better cottage and better hosts.

Nothing, it was perfect!

The location is great. The cottage is lovely and perfect for 2 people. The jacuzzi was great. The animals on the farm welcomed us and we love that.

Couple of bits weren’t 100 percent clean, nothing major bur cobwebs and crumbs could be off putting to some. Didn’t see anyone at all (staff wise) which was fine for us as we’re private but may be off putting to others.
