I loved the layout and the space, lots of room for the family with kids, the big kitchen was a bonus, nice size bedrooms.

The front of the house needs to be upkeep, the foyer as you entered was dirty however the apartment itself was clean. Suggestions for the landlord from a landlord. 1. The kitchen needs to have more dishes such as bowls and trays 2. More cooking cutlery such as knives and better cooking spoons 3. More eating cutlery such as knives, forks and spoons, min should be a dozen, the ones that were available look like kid toys forks etc. 4. The bathtub needs fixing, such as caulking, the tub/shower area needs to be cleaned and upgraded. 5. The bathroom needs a towel holder 6. The bedrooms need proper lighting, 1 bed side light is not efficient, it was very difficult to see in the bedroom especially when looking into the mirror while getting dressed and putting on makeup. Outside of those issues I did enjoy the space and would recommend it to my friends. Thank you
