There was an annoying beeping from either within the apartment or next door that kept one of the guests awake in the spare bedroom.

Tried to phone the people and they did not get back to only. Only for them to email after the event that I should have got in touch with the google site.
As above. the owners can contact you but you cant contact them to cancel the booking. Very disappointing.
