Luxury Loft by Boy

A lot a of space and over the top of the city. Nice interior and good quality furniture.

Due the big windows there is a lot of sunshine and heat coming in - the two air condition units are not enough for a hot day.

Location and size.

Broken facilities (Tv, Washmashine, e-Sockets, shower, broken windows locks, keys dorect in door when we arrived…)

The location of the property was super central and it had a very nice view.

It is not a luxury loft. There was not a bar of soap, a bottle of water, a bit of tea or coffee (even though there was a coffee maker) ... in other words there were not any extra things that make an experience luxury. There were the basics though. It should be called LoftByBoys... the word luxury is deceiving.

The apartment is located downtown Patras, so it is pretty close to stores and restaurants. It is spacious and can accommodate many people (ideal for large families or group of friends visiting the city). The view from the balcony was extraordinary.

At first glance, the property appears impressive and offers significant potential. However, a few enhancements could elevate the overall experience. For example, while we were informed that breakfast was included in the price, the fridge contained only a few packs of butter and jam, with no bread, coffee, or coffee pods, despite the presence of high-end appliances like a coffee machine and kettle. Additionally, we required an extra blanket for the night but found no additional linens available.

Large patio, large living room, modern decor

Very Difficult to find. No cooking (stove, or hot plate) but yet pots and pans provide. Washing machine broken and flooded the floor. Response time was slow for emergency. The second bed was not in its own room and bed was very uncomfortable. Shower was broken and very tight to move around in. Unit is hot and we arrived late at night. Luckily e only direct one night there, had it been longer the air conditioner was not adequate to cool unit

Spacious, good location, responsive and caring host
